We therefore voluntarily provide a manufacturer’s guarantee for the following products or product components.

  • cintano® Desk Accessories: 2-year guarantee on the leather/imitation leather/soft-touch surfaces
  • Literature Holders acrylic: 25-year guarantee on the UV resistance of the acrylic
  • Table-Top Display Frames: 25-year guarantee on the UV resistance of the acrylic
  • Information and Price Holders: 25-year guarantee on the UV resistance of the acrylic
  • Sign Holders: 25-year guarantee on the UV resistance of the acrylic
  • Card Holders: 25-year guarantee on the UV resistance of the acrylic

  • The individual guarantee periods are printed on the packaging or can be viewed on the product pages on the Sigel website.

    Terms of guarantee

    1. The guarantee period starts from the date of purchase.
    2. The guarantee applies throughout the European Union and Switzerland. For guarantee claims outside the EU and Switzerland, please contact the retailer from whom the product was purchased.
    3. The guarantee does not apply in cases of misuse, negligence, incorrect use or other uses of the product that do not follow the enclosed instructions for use.
    4. The guarantee can only be honoured if the customer provides the original proof of purchase, which states the date of purchase and product description. The customer must also return the defective product. Sigel is at liberty to ex-change the defective product for a new one, or to reimburse the sales price.
    5. The customer’s statutory rights are not affected.
